Nancy McCrystal RD
Nancy is a Registered Dietitian practicing for nearly 20 years throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. She leads with compassion and believes this allows for long-lasting change in what we eat and how we move.

Context matters; hardship, mood, medications, stress, favorite foods, family, chronic conditions. Wherever you are, come and have a seat. You can expect a dietitian who is willing to meet you whatever shape you are in, honor your path, and offer strategies from there.
Nancy is proud to have earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics/Nutrition at Immaculata University, a small private college northwest of Philadelphia, not far from where she grew up in Swedesboro, NJ.
She completed her Dietetic Internship at Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston – one of the Best Hospitals in the nation per US News & World Report – and remained there for the first 5 years of her career. In the last fifteen years, she has gained experience in a variety of settings with the most recent being skilled nursing/rehabilitation.
Her husband grew up nearby in Tolland. They met at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he also worked as a Physician Assistant, and married in Brookline, MA. After deciding to settle in New England, they purchased the home in Vernon that his Grandfather built, made it their own and now have 2 children.
Nancy knows there is no one formula, chart, table or approach that suits all of us. She is eager to hear your story, work together with you, and share a laugh along the way.
